CONDITIONS OF HIRE FOR SELF STORAGE LICENCE AGREEMENT

  1. The Storer covenants :
    1. To pay, at the option of the Owner, an administrative charge of €30 for each written demand sent should the Storer be in persistent arrears of rent.

1.1a  If the rent is not paid, the storer will receive a reminder (by e-mail, in writing or by phone), 

        and  if the rent is still not paid after two reminders, the contract will be terminated immediately.

        The owners  reserves the right to remove the tenant’s goods from the premises

   b. the storer additionally bears the costs incurred to organize the removal.

1.2 Do not damage or injure the property, or make any changes or additions to it.

The storer is responsible for any damage caused by him or his fault (e.g. damage to walls, entrance gate, door, etc.)Do not leave the unit without properly securing all locks and bolts in the door, gate, if the object is left unattended.

1.3 To keep the interior of the property well at all times.

1.4 To immediately before handing up possession of the premises on the termination of this Agreement to thoroughly clean the property to ensure that it is returned in the same state as at the Commencement Date.

1.5 To allow access by The Owners, or person authorised by the owner at reasonable times, on giving 7 days notice (unless in the case of emergency) to the unit for the purpose of viewing, inspecting its condition and state of repair, or for the purpose of repair, maintenance or repainting.

1.6 Not to assign or sublet, part with possession of the property, or let or allow any other person occupy the property without the Owners written consent and to pay to the Owners any reasonable costs or expenses incurred in deciding this request whether consent is granted or refused.
1.7 Not to do, or permit, or suffer to be done in or on the property, any act or thing which may be a nuisance, damage or annoyance to the Owners, or to the occupiers of the neighbouring premises, or which may void any insurance of the property or cause the premiums to increase.

1.8 The Storer will receive a key / tag for the main door, it is not allowed to copy it, do not make additional keys. The key must be returned at the end of the rental. The key deposit is
30 €, refundable after the key is returned after the rental. The Lessee is obliged to secure the unit he is renting with a own padlock / lock.

1.9 Keep clean around your place, behave with due respect to other storers , respect the belongings of others, do not tinker and do not use or produce bad smells that may be troublesome for other users. It is forbidden to keep living creatures and to leave them overnight in the unit.

1.10 Storer has the right to use its unit for which it pays a fee and a public toilet, door, gate and corridor. He has no right tomove it ( touch ) other users’ things left in the open corridor, to use them, he has no right to enter units of other users.
1.11 Not to use the property for any illegal or immoral purpose.

1.12 To pay and compensate the Owners fully for any costs, expense, loss or damage incurred or suffered by the Owners as a consequence of any breach of this Agreement on the part of the Storer and to indemnify the Owners from and against all action, claims and liabilities in that respect.

1.13 To notify the Owners, promptly in writing, of any disrepair, damage or defect in the property, or of any event which causes damage to the property, or which may give rise to a claim under the insurance of the property. Failure to do so may result in the Storert being liable for any subsequent damage.

1.14 The Owners are not responsible for the storer’s goods.

1.15 The Owners shall not be liable for accidents on the property that have arisen through
the direct fault of the storer or special cause of the accident.

  1. Facility Owners Convents     

2.1    Provided that the Stirer shall pay the Rent and perform the covenants on his part    already referred to, to permit the Storer to have quiet enjoyment of the property during the Term agreed without interruption by the Facility Owners.

2.2     To return to the Storer any Rent payable for any period during which the property may have been rendered unusable by fire or any other risk which the Owners has insured against.

2.3    To ensure that all necessary consents have been obtained to store the goods.

2.4  To maintain the structure of the building to the standard that existed at the commencement of this Agreement and to carry out any repairing obligations as required by Local Authority in charge.

2.5   To keep insured in the Owners name, the property against loss or damage by fire, lightning, explosion, storm, flood, burst pipes, subsidence, riots or civil commotion, malicious damage and accidental damage, impact and such other risks (if any) as the Owners, at the Owners sole discretion, may from time to time consider prudent or desirable including employer’s and public liability or any other liabilities that are resulting from the Owners ownership of the property.

2.6   To make good or have made good any damage caused to the property by any workmen authorised by the Owners to be on the premises under the terms of this Agreement.

2.7  The building has a CCTV / Audio system internal and external for security. Recorded      materials can be used in situations after burglary, dispute, clarification of all unclean matters,  .

By signing the contract you agree to film and record your image.

2.8 The building has a toilet that the tenant has the right to use.

3.1 You are agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. 

3.2 Your email address is essential in order for us to be able to supply you with important information such as informations about our cases. By providing us your e-mail, you accept that your email address may be used to supply you with such information.
